One of the things I'm looking forward to is the baby shower we are throwing for our daughter Amy, who is expecting her first baby, a little girl, due in late March. ?Amy and Jon are driving down to Southern California from Salt Lake tomorrow after work, and we are so excited to see them! I won't get in until late Friday night, so I'll miss a day of their time with us.
My sister Lynne is preparing all of the yummy food for the shower, and my friend Karen kindly offered her home, since ours is in a 'state of transition'. I appreciate them so much! Annie is planning some games, and I think it will be a really fun event. I designed the shower invitations a couple of weeks ago- I had the vision of little Amy sitting on her nest, just getting ready for the little hatchling to be born. I hope you like it!
I've been rather busy these past couple of weeks, and really haven't had much time for my own creative projects. I hope I'll have a bit of opportunity to relax, take some nice photos, and share my Christmas holiday here on my blog. Stop back soon!
