The annual Cape Cod Youth Services Librarians Roundtable Family Library Event features "The Chinese Folk Art Workshop," presenting a program of New Year dance and performance traditions from Taiwan and Mainland China Saturday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Cape Cod Community College.
